All about me

Hi everyone!! My name is Heather and I am a 33 year old wife and mother of two + two bonus kids and a GiGi. And also a dog momma. I have a passion for fitness and helping women become the best version of themselves. 
My journey started in April 2020. I was miserable, depressed, and very unhappy. I was at an all time low in my life. I had gained so much weight and I felt like I was worthless. With so many personal and family battles going on in my life, I had let go of myself. I finally decided that enough was enough. I was the only one holding myself back. I decided that I was going to finally drop all the excuses I had and work on me. I started with a 6 week boxing program and it changed my life right away. I woke up excited to workout every single day because I was watching the weight just melt away. 30lbs in 6 short weeks.
Fast forward to today... I have completed multiple programs and have lost over 50lbs. I am so much healthier and happier. I love working out daily and have fallen in love with helping and encouraging other women to do the same thing I have. All it takes is changing your mindset and making a commitment to yourself.
I am still a work in progress and I couldn't be happier!!

Bootcamp

My bootcamp is a judgement free community where we support and encourage one another. I have daily check-ins to keep you on track, weekly Zoom workouts, fun challenges, weekly and monthly check-ins, and most importantly I am here to make sure you reach your goals.

I can say nothing but amazing things about being part of this bootcamp! Before having this group for support. I felt alone in my workout journey. With everyone's words of encouragement and positivity from day to day it really makes me feel like I can keep going! This opportunity has allowed me the time I want with our kids. It has allowed me to work from virtually anywhere I can take my phone. It has helped me become the healthiest version of myself all while helping other women do the same. I can make my own schedule and best of all I have formed some of the best friendships I have ever had. I am forever grateful for this opportunity.
